January 22, 2021 Boutique Air to begin service to El Paso Boutique Air is proud to announce daily flight service from Carlsbad to El Paso International Airport! Flights start February 1st and feature two daily round-trip flights from Carlsbad - Cavern City Airport (CNM) to El Paso International Airport. This will be the third route option for passengers departing from Cavern City Air Terminal.
