For your upcoming journey, please find below important instructions regarding your transit to and from the main terminal at Chicago O'Hare International Airport (ORD) and the Signature Flight Support terminal, where Boutique Air flights will operate.

To and From the Main Terminal (ORD) and Signature Flight Support Terminal:

(If connecting in Chicago (ORD) with checked baggage - please let the agent know at your origin location that you will need to pick up your baggage in Chicago (ORD_ and not have it sent through to Sault Ste Marie (CIU) as bags will not transfer for this type of operation)

1. **Terminal Shuttle Information: (Operated by Signature Flight Support)

• To reach the Signature Flight Support terminal from the main terminal at ORD, please use the terminal shuttle service by requesting at the front desk by calling the number below.
• Phone Number for the Terminal Shuttle: (773)-686-7000
• When calling, please inform the shuttle service of the section of arrivals you are currently at for prompt assistance.

1. Pick-Up and Drop-Off Information:

   • If you are being picked up or dropped off, please use the following address: Signature Flight Support 825 Patton Drive Chicago, Illinois 60666
   • Uber/Lyft/Taxi -Only a 5/8 minute drive.

Sault Ste Marie Departures and Arrivals

1. We are not in the main terminal and we are operating out of the general aviation side using the following address:

5019 W. Airport Drive, Kincheloe, MI 49788
